MARKETING 
It
is more than just projecting an image…it is the managed
process of communication between one group and another. It
is about managing the perceptions that everyone has of the
business or organisation - be they customers or clients,
staff, the public at large or competitors. All have a role
to play. How they see you, or perceive you, can have a lasting
impact. PR is more than just developing press releases and
takes in everything that the outside world sees and hears
about you and yours. In it's purest form it has nothing to
do with marketing, advertising or 'commercialism' and will
use a number of methods, other than - although often alongside
- advertising to achieve this aim. Managing that process,
and all the disciplines within that process, is a job for
